Level 3 Award

Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF)

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulation of 1981 requires all employers in the United Kingdom to provide adequate resources and ability to provide immediate first aid should any individual become ill or injured in the work setting. This regulation also mandates conducting risk and hazard assessments as well as providing adequate first aid training to address the types of hazards identified within the entire workplace. This is to include all paediatric settings.
